I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee my selection.

I understand that meetings typically last between 15 and 20 minutes.

I confirm that all information provided is accurate and that I have obtained the consent of all participants included in this application to take part in the DUNA Program at SDCC Málaga if selected.

I confirm that all representatives participating in the DUNA Program, including myself, will present only materials, multimedia content, or other content that is their own original work or for which they have obtained the necessary rights and permissions. SDCC Málaga shall not be held liable for any legal issues or claims arising from the presentation of information or content owned by third parties or used without proper authorization.

I understand that, if my SME is selected, SDCC Málaga reserves the right to determine the final date, time, and location of the 1-to-1 meeting as part of the DUNA Program.

I understand that, as a general rule, SDCC Málaga does not provide fees, travel expenses, or accommodation for selected SMEs. In certain cases, the organizers may, at their discretion, offer hospitality support. Any such arrangements will be communicated directly to the selected participants.

I authorize SDCC Málaga to use video and audio excerpts, photographs, and images captured during the 1-to-1 meetings for communication, promotional, marketing, and dissemination purposes, both during the event and in future promotional activities.

I agree that SDCC Málaga may share my SME’s registration information with participating production companies for reference and consultation purposes.

I agree that SDCC Málaga may share my registration information with partner institutions, including the Government of Andalusia and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), for the purposes of managing and administering the DUNA Program.
