RESERVATIONS AND PURCHASES
At San Diego Comic-Con Málaga 2026, you can get organized and plan your convention experience before the doors open. Here you’ll find all the information you need to reserve seats for panels that require them and decide which autographs and photos to pre-purchase.
Important: These procedures are handled exclusively through the Fan Portal. If you’ve already purchased your ticket, remember to activate your profile by September 23 at 11:00 a.m. (CEST).
SEPTEMBER 24 — AUTOGRAPHS AND PHOTOS
On Thursday, September 24, at 11:00 a.m., advance sales for select autographs and photographs with special guests will open on the Fan Portal.
Advance purchase allows you to buy and pay for your autograph or photograph in advance, before you arrive at the convention.
To access early bird sales, your Fan Portal profile must be active and your tickets must be properly synced by Wednesday, September 23, at 11:00 a.m. (CEST).

In addition to the photo sessions featuring previous guests, photo sessions will also be available with the cast members attending the convention:

HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?
Before making your purchase, check the autograph and photo session schedules and decide which guest you'd like to meet, what type of session you'd like to purchase, and for which time slot.
Starting at 11:00 a.m. on September 24, go to the Fan Portal and select the item you want to purchase.
The full amount for the autograph or photograph will be charged during the process.
For autographs, the pre-sale allows you to purchase a maximum of two autographs per active profile on the Fan Portal and per special guest. In other words, if you want one guest to sign a print and another item for you, you’ll need to purchase two autographs for that session.
If you want a guest to sign more than two items for you, you'll have the option to purchase another ticket during the autograph session.
SEPTEMBER 25 — PANEL RESERVATIONS
On Friday, September 25, you’ll be able to request seat reservations for panels and activities in Hall M, Studio M, and the three rooms in the Creators’ District through the Fan Portal.
To participate, your Fan Portal profile must be active and your entries must be properly synced by September 23 at 11:00 a.m.
RESERVATIONS WILL BE RELEASED BY TIME SLOTS
On September 25, reservations will open in time slots. Each slot will correspond to a day of the convention. In other words, if you have a ticket for Thursday, October 1, you must reserve your seat during the 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. time slot on September 25.

IMPORTANT: You don't need to be the first to make a reservation.
Spots are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications submitted within the same time frame have an equal chance of being accepted.
All requests submitted within a time slot have an equal chance of securing a seat. Once your request is registered, the system will conduct a random drawing among all requests received.
Visit the Fan Portal during the designated time slot and check out the available panels.
You can select each section and request up to four seats.
At the end of the day, you can check the Fan Portal to see if you've secured a reservation. If your request was approved and you've secured a seat, you'll also receive the corresponding QR code via email.
If you weren't able to get the seat you wanted during online registration, remember that there will be walk-in lines (General Admission) in Hall M at the convention. Stop by—if there are open seats, you'll be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PANEL RESERVATIONS
No. The digital calendar lets you view the schedule and mark activities as favorites, but you can't make reservations.
We recommend that you use it to prepare the panels you're interested in ahead of time and have it on hand when applications open on the Fan Portal.
You can request up to four seats.
If you're attending as a group, please indicate how many people will be joining you. You don't need to have purchased their tickets yourself. We also recommend that the other members of your group submit their own requests for that panel.
No. The system will process the request as a single unit: either all the seats requested will be assigned, or none will be.
If you have tickets for children, you can include them in your request. The limit is still four seats in total, including the adult and the children.
The system will take into account the linked entries for minors so that a joint application does not separate the adult from the minors in their care.
Yes, you can enter your preferences, but the system will identify any scheduling conflicts and will not assign you a seat in two sessions that take place at the same time.
You can try to gain access during the convention through the General Lane. Access will be subject to availability and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
AUTOGRAPHS AND PHOTOS
You can make an advance purchase for up to two people and pay the total amount for both.
For autographs, each ticket allows you to have one item signed. If you want two signed items, you'll need to purchase two tickets.
Children under 18 do not have to pay to be in the photograph when they are accompanied by the adult who made the purchase.
If they are not accompanied by that adult, they must enter through the General Lane.
No. Pre-purchasing autographs and photos costs the same as buying them during the convention.
No. The €20 voucher cannot be used for advance digital purchases made through the Fan Portal.
The voucher may be used during the convention at designated locations.
You can try to attend the session via the General Track during the convention. Check the schedule in the digital agenda beforehand.
If you had purchased a ticket in advance, the Fan Portal will automatically process a full refund, and you will receive an email notifying you.
You'll receive an email with the change, and you can view the updated schedule on the Fan Portal.
If the new schedule conflicts with a panel for which you had already secured a reservation, that conflict will not entitle you to a refund.
Yes. You can provide them with the corresponding QR code. Once it's scanned, it will be redeemed and can no longer be used.
