Statement & Agreement

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection.
Panels are typically 50-55 minutes long, scheduled in a 60-minute time slot.
I confirm that all information provided is accurate and that I have obtained consent and/or have access from/to all listed participants to take part in SDCC Málaga if selected.
I confirm that this panel description reflects a real conversation planned by the proposed panelists and is not a generic or placeholder submission.
I confirm that all panelists participating in this panel, including myself, will present only materials, media, or content that are either their own work or for which they have obtained the necessary permissions to use copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by others. I confirm that I have obtained consent from all panelists, and I agree that the panel organizer and participants assume full responsibility for the content presented. SDCC Málaga shall not be held responsible for any legal issues arising from the presentation of content owned by third parties or used without proper authorization.
I understand that, if my panel is accepted, SDCC Málaga reserves the right to determine the final date, time, and location of the panel within the event schedule.
I understand that SDCC Málaga provides the basic technical setup required for a panel (e.g., microphones, projector, screen, HDMI connection). If my panel is selected, any additional equipment or technical requirements will need to be reviewed with the organizers and may not be possible due to production constraints. Any extra requirements beyond what is approved will be the responsibility of the panelists.
I understand that SDCC Málaga does not generally provide fees, travel, or accommodation for panelists or their guests. In certain cases, hospitality support may be offered at the discretion of the organizers; any such arrangements will be communicated directly to the selected participants.
I agree to allow SDCC Málaga to record my panel and to use video or audio excerpts for future promotion, marketing, or online streaming of the event.
I understand that SDCC Málaga reserves the right to send video and/or audio clips of the panel to the participating panelists for promotional, archival, or reference purposes.
