Participation in the exhibition area of San Diego Comic-Con Málaga is managed through an open call.

All applications are reviewed by the organizing team, which carefully evaluates each proposal, taking into account factors such as the type of product, the quality of the proposal, and the overall balance of the convention.

Due to the high volume of applications, the selection process may take some time. We appreciate your patience during this period.

To ensure legal compliance and consistency with the convention, the sale of:

• counterfeit or unlicensed products
• unauthorized fanart or merchandising that infringes intellectual property rights
• realistic replica weapons without safety certification
• food or beverages without specific authorization
• products of an explicitly adult nature

San Diego Comic-Con Málaga reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any product that does not comply with these conditions.

During the application process you will be able to indicate your location preferences.

However, the final allocation of space is the responsibility of the organization, based on various criteria, such as the type of project, technical needs and the overall balance of the convention.

At the end of the application period, all applications received will be reviewed.

Both selected and unsuccessful proposals will receive an e-mail communication with the outcome of the process.

Due to the high volume of applications and limited space, not all proposals can be selected.
