Jorge Fornés’s work has made the Madrid-based artist one of the leading Spanish figures in American comics. His elegant, cinematic style, marked by a distinctive personality, has led him to work for the industry’s leading publishers and bring some of their most iconic characters to life.

After launching his professional career in the United States, Fornés began collaborating with Marvel Comics, where he worked on titles such as *Wolverine: Black, White, and Blood*, *Daredevil*, and *Daredevil: The Fearless Woman*. His mastery of visual storytelling and his ability to create atmosphere soon caught the industry’s attention.

In 2019, he took a major step forward in his career by joining the Batman team alongside writer Tom King. That collaboration continued with two of DC’s most notable works in recent years: *Rorschach* and*Danger Street*, cementing Fornés’s status as one of the most renowned artists in contemporary American comics.
