All the information you need to buy your badges for San Diego Comic-Con® Málaga

PRIOR TO PURCHASE

Badges will be available through Ticketmaster, our official ticketing partner. Additionally, some authorized partners may offer badges through their own channels or initiatives.

In case of doubt about the validity or origin of a badge, it is recommended to contact info@sandiegocomicconmalaga.com for verification.

Before agreeing to purchase badges for San Diego Comic-Con Málaga 2026 badges, it is necessary to complete a series of previous steps.

Prerequisites

In order to be able to make a purchase, it will be essential:

  • Have a valid Registration ID.
  • Have a Ticketmaster account.
  • Use the same e-mail address in both records.

In addition, each person for whom a badge is purchased (except children 12 years of age or younger on the date of the event) must have their own Registration ID, which can be obtained here, regardless of who makes the purchase.

REGISTRATION ID

The Registration ID is your personal identifier within the access system to San Diego Comic-Con Málaga.

It is required in order to participate in the badge purchase process and manage your attendance to the event. Without a valid Registration ID, you will not be able to access badge sales.

How do I get my Registration ID?

The Registration ID is managed through Ticketmaster. If you already have a Registration ID for the 2025 edition, you will receive it in the associated email before the start of the purchase process.

If you do not have one, you can obtain it through this form.

In case you do not have access to the email address you used to register, you can contact Ticketmaster to recover it.

It is recommended to complete all these steps in advance, before the start of badge sales, to facilitate the purchase process.

Why did I receive an email with my Registration ID prior to the pre-sale if I did not buy a badge?

You have received your Registration ID because you were part of our registration database, even if you did not complete a purchase in the previous edition.

During the pre-sale, those who attended the previous edition will be able to purchase an additional badge for a companion.

To do so, that accompanying person must have his or her own Registration ID, so you have received yours in order to be included in a purchase.

Registration ID Terms of Use

The Registration ID is directly associated to the user's full name and email, being personal and non-transferable, so it is not allowed to create multiple registrations for the same person using different emails.

The use of multiple Registration IDs can lead to system issues, duplicate or conflicting entries.

In case of detection of irregular behavior, misuse or any attempt to take advantage of the system in an unforeseen way, the organization reserves the right to cancel or terminate one or more Registration IDs without prior notice and without right to compensation.

Minimum age
All persons wishing to attend the convention, 13 years of age or older, as of the date of the event, will need a Registration ID. Conditions of access to the convention and the purchase of badges for minors will be subject to the specific rules indicated in the purchase guide.
Does Registration ID guarantee the purchase of a badge?

Having a Registration ID does not guarantee in any case to obtain a badge, as these are subject to availability and the corresponding sales process.

The Registration ID is not limited to a single edition and may remain valid for future editions, as long as it has not been modified or cancelled.

In case of changes in the system or in the associated data, information will be provided through official channels.

Pre-sale and general sales use

Having a Registration ID from a previous edition allows access to the pre-sale process if the conditions established for that phase are met.

Once this phase is completed, the available badges will go on general sale, where everyone, whether they have a previous or newly created Registration ID, will have equal access to the sales process for the remaining tickets.

Data management
The data associated with the Registration ID will be those that the organization considers valid at all times, depending on the information provided by the user. It is the responsibility of each person to keep their data updated, especially in processes of recovery or modification.
Misuse
In case of detection of fraudulent use, irregular or contrary to the conditions of the event, the organization may cancel or terminate the Registration ID without notice and without right to compensation.

TYPES OF BADGES

Under 16 to 17 years old

You will need your own Registration ID. They may attend the convention unaccompanied by an adult, but must have a signed authorization that can be downloaded during the purchase process or from here.

Children from 13 to 15 years old

You will need your own Registration ID. To purchase this type of badge, there must always be an associated adult badge. In addition, they must have a signed authorization that can be downloaded during the purchase process or from here.

Children from 0 to 12 years old

No Registration ID is required. To purchase this type of badge, there must always be an associated adult badge. In addition, they must have a signed authorization that can be downloaded during the purchase process or from here.

Children from 0 to 3 years of age

Children from 0 to 3 years old will have free access to the convention, but it will be necessary to add their badge during the purchase process, until the available space is filled. These badges count as companions within the maximum allowed per order.

*At SDCC Málaga there are panels, presentations and activities whose content is not recommended for all ages. In addition, there are stagings with intense lighting, visual effects and high sound levels, and space for chairs and strollers may be limited in areas with large seating capacity.

We recommend that Adults who are planning to attend the SDCC Málaga, and those under the age of 18, to take this into account when purchasing their badges.

ACCESSIBILITY

The conditions of purchase for accessible badges (PRM and other needs) will be the same as those for general sale.

For the purchase of an accessible badge to be valid, it will be necessary to prove the condition of functional diversity of a minimum of 33% by means of an official disability card or certificate. This documentation will be requested a few days after the start of the sale, and we will contact you by email.

Important:

  • Misuse or fraudulent acquisition of these badges may result in the cancellation of the order or denial of access to the venue.
  • Seating is limited and badge sales are subject to availability.

PURCHASING PROCESS

You can access the badge purchase page here. Remember to log in with your Ticketmaster account using the same email address associated with your Registration ID.

Once inside, you will be able to select the day you wish to attend, as well as the option to purchase a pack for the four days of the event.

When you log in, you will enter a virtual queue. When it is your turn, you must:

  • Select the type of badge you wish to purchase.
  • Enter a valid Registration ID for each entry.

In the case of badges for minors who do not have a Registration ID, you must use that of an adult included in the same purchase.

Remember that children from 0 to 3 years old must also be included in the purchase process by means of their corresponding badge, for capacity control purposes.
