With a career closely tied to some of the most important worlds in recent film and television, Sean Gunn has become a must-see for fans of Marvel, DC, and contemporary Popular Arts. In 2026, he will be attending San Diego Comic-Con Málaga as a special guest.

Recognized worldwide for playing Kraglin in the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, Gunn has also played a pivotal role behind the scenes by handling Rocket Raccoon’ s motion reference in multiple Marvel Universe productions, including Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Thor: Love and Thunder.

His collaboration with director James Gunn also led him to play Weasel in The Suicide Squad, a character he later reprised in the animated series Creature Commandos, where he also voiced G.I. Robot.

In 2025 he debuted as Maxwell Lord in Superman, expanding his presence within DC’s new cinematic universe, a role he continued to develop in the second season of Peacemaker alongside John Cena.

Beyond superheroes, Sean Gunn has had an extensive career in both film and television. Many fans especially remember him as Kirk Gleason in The Gilmore Girls, one of the most endearing and peculiar characters of the series.
