Madrid, June 2, 2026.- San Diego Comic-Con® Málaga takes another step forward in its second edition and announces one of the most desired novelties by fans: for the first time, the convention is revealing in advance which guests will attend each day of the event, which will be held from October 1 to 4 at FYCMA – Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga.

With this new feature, attendees will be able to better plan their visit and choose in advance the days they are most interested in based on their favorite actors, authors, artists or creators, among others. Fernando Piquer, director of SDCC Málaga 2026, notes: “Confirming talent so far in advance is one of the commitments we made to fans this year, and is aligned with our vision for the second edition of SDCC Málaga. We want to create a better experience for our community and get excited together along the way”.

The poster previews five additional artists not announced until today, and will continue to be updated as the convention approaches. The confirmed special guests are:

MOVIES AND SERIES

• Emily Rudd and Iñaki Godoy, stars of the ONE PIECE adaptation, will be at San Diego Comic-Con Málaga on Friday, October 2. They will attend along with Lukas Robert Ettlin, director and producer of ONE PIECE, who will also visit SDCC Málaga on Friday 2.
• Sean Astin and Elijah Wood, two of the iconic performers of The Lord of the Rings, will be in attendance on October 3 and 4.
• Part of the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy, Michael Rooker and Sean Gunn, will participate on October 1 and 2.
• One of the poster’s unpublished novelties is the attendance of Jason Lee(My Name is Earl, The Incredibles), who has confirmed his attendance on October 1st and 2nd. His career is closely connected to the universe of Kevin Smith (Clerks, View Askewniverse), who will also visit the convention on the same days.
• Another surprise for fans is John DiMaggio, the renowned American voice actor and comedian(Futurama, Adventure Time) who will participate on October 2 and 3.
• Oscar winner Mira Sorvino(Mimic, Mighty Aphrodite) has also confirmed her presence in Málaga on Thursday October 1 and Friday October 2.
• Richard Dean Anderson(Macgyver) and Kristian Nairn(Game of Thrones) complete the agenda of first announcements for the next edition. Both will be at FYCMA on October 3 and 4.

ANIMATION

• One of the novelties of this poster is that it reveals the first artist linked to this vertical. It is the illustrator Mingjue Helen Chen(K-Pop Demon Hunters), who will participate in the convention every day, from October 1 to 4.

MANGA & ANIME

• Legendary mangaka Yoichi Takahashi(Champions: Oliver and Benji) will attend the convention during the four days.

COMIC

• Renowned cartoonist John Romita Jr. (Spider-Man, Kick-Ass), will also be present at the October 1-4 event.

TABLE GAMES

• Renowned designer Reiner Knizia, who has designed more than 700 games, will participate in the convention every day except Sunday.

MUSIC

• The iconic group Destripando la Historia, made up of Pascu and Rodri, will perform a live concert on October 4. On that day, they will also participate in a panel.

With this new announcement system, San Diego Comic-Con Málaga continues to consolidate its position as one of the major international events for popular arts, film, series, comics and entertainment in Europe.
